Started to take advantage of the new yoga studio for Yoga Class activities which are held every Saturday with participants from residents of Sky House BSD+ Phase 2. The Yoga Class runs from 3 pm to 5 pm in Yoga Studio with Coach Athena.

Yoga can be adapted to suit people of all ages and fitness levels, making it a versatile choice for residents of various backgrounds and abilities. It’s not only a sport but also a holistic practice that focuses on connecting the mind, body, and spirit.

Phase 2 residents enjoy practicing yoga, it’s likely because of its positive effects on both physical health and mental well-being.
