PHOENIX BUTLER SERVICES
- Maintain effective communication with owners, visit households regularly, handle complaints from owners as well as do follow-up work and visit.
- Conduct summary, statistics and analysis of owners’ feedback, then suggest optimizing the solution.
- Report significant matters in the community to manager, accomplish another task assigned by manager.
- To be familiar with basic information and condition of owners in the community, establish a good relationship with the owners.
- Plan, supervise and follow-up the works of cleanliness, landscape, maintenance, security and other aspects in the community.
ENGINEERING & MAINTENANCE SERVICES
- Strengthen safety management, perform safety operation guide for technician team.
- Arrange the routine work for the management of public facilities in accordance with maintenance and inspection standards of public facilities, supervise the work quality.
- Responsible to record monthly data for water and electricity.
- Assist in the implantation of emergency plan.
SECURITY MANAGEMENT SERVICE
- Report lodging of any accidents and incidents to the Management and Police.
- Enforce rules and regulations of the management.
- Hours stand by to handle emergency of the community.
- To be familiar with fire protection system operation.
- Patrolling and clocking every hour.
- Visitor vehicle registration and checking in and out of the community.
- Maintaining lawns and other green spaces
- Installing landscapes and seasonal flower designs
- Monitoring and ensuring plant health
- Maintain gardens by naturally fertilising, trimming and making sure that plants are receiving adequate water.
- keep the gardens, thoroughfares and footpaths clear and free from litter at all times.
- Maintain Gardening Equipment and Tools
- To ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
- To establish a welcoming atmosphere and ensure courteous, reliable service from all staff of the department.
- To ensure a high standard of cleanliness and general upkeep in all areas for which the department is responsible.
